I highly recommend Vin's Total Care Landscaping. They carefully planned and completed a complex bamboo removal and containment project for us. The price was reasonable and the communication was excellent. They paid attention to, and took care of, all the details. It was a pleasure working with Andrew and the crew!

Back in Nov. 2020 we contacted Vin's Total Care Landscaping to get a patio installed, along with some drains in the yard and downspouts buried underneath the ground since we were having issues where water would pool up in our backyard. Vincent recommended we use bluestone because of its natural, beautiful look. We agreed. ---
Vincent's crew came out about 5 months later to do the work. The end result was fantastic. I attached some photos to show the journey. They had to work in some pretty damp conditions at times which tore up the ground good, but they did a excellent job leveling it all back out and putting new seed in. You can't tell they ever dug through it. ---
There were a couple miscommunications during the install, but Vincent addressed them quickly and made sure we were satisfied. ---
We also had his crew come out and add some concrete under the pavers and install a gazebo over top of the patio. ---
2.5 years later, the patio is holding up well. There is one spot that sunk where the steps start, but I haven't reached out yet to get that fixed. ---
If you need exterior work, whether landscaping or hardscaping, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to Vincent. He is very responsive, professional and kind. ---
Aside: Two things I would like to note to others who may be considering blue stone. Yes, it is beautiful. But, understand that with that beauty comes caveats. As the freeze/thaw comes, the stone will "flake" or "shed" thin pieces. Also, because blue stone is essentially compressed sand, you'll see sand start to accumulate over top of the stone which is ugly. But it washes away quite easily. This is all completely normal, but was not something I knew about beforehand so when I saw our new pavers flaking, I was very concerned. If I knew this beforehand, I would have considered using a different material such as stamped concrete. Two, polymeric sand is used to fill the gaps in the pavers. This is standard practice. But just know that polymeric sand has a short lifespan. In our case, it lasted a little less than a year before deteriorating away. I now have numerous gaps where the sand has washed away. So just know that it will require maintenance.

The folks at VIN’s Total Care and Landscaping did a wonderful job for us. They cleaned up all of our planting beds, removed the small saplings that were growing in the back of our yard, and mulched our beds. Everything looked so good when they were finished!

Vin and his crew did a great job on a retaining wall. It was done on time and the crew worked hard in the very hot days of summer. The result was a wall that more than met our expectations . Would recommend them highly.

Vin's Landscaping did a great job for our latest project in Catonsville. They did some hardscaping and installed a walkway for us. They also recommended some trees and native plants for us. We love it! I would definitely recommend their services. They were responsive to our questions and gave us a variety of options.
