Home town restaurant vibe. The service was ok. I was seated and had to wait a little bit. Didn’t seem like one of the waitresses wanted to talk to me. She walked pass me at least 4 times before I had to ask her to take my order. The lobster roll is pretty good so no complaints there. They kind of lowered the amount of meat on it. Also took some wings to go and they were decent. Tasted kind of like they were in the freezer a little too long. But overall it’s a decent restaurant. Maybe a bad day so wouldn’t lower my score.

Amazing food. Great community minded restaurant. Had the General Hso and Coconut Shrimp tacos, both full of flavor and fresh ingredients. Kids had pulled pork quesadilla and chicken strip. Actually white meat chicken and very generous portions. Made in house so we could hold the pickled poblanos (which sound amazing but the little one doesn't do spicy). Surprised us with birthday cake (it was my daughters birthday, this was where she wanted to go at 6!) which was both beautiful and delicious.
Pictures of adult entrees were half way through when we swapped to share the deliciousness!

Good, well priced food. Loved the atmosphere but the music was a bit strange. The walls of the dining room are covered in hand-painted murals which only add to the lovely environment!

Fine eats for okay prices.
We had the birria egg rolls which had pretty bland consomé and meat, not really birria at all.
The oysters were tasty, they were HUGE.
The chicken Caesar salad was a good size.
And the shrimp penne pasta was delicious.
The worst part for me was the tap water. It tasted moldy? Kind of like water that’s been sitting in the sink.
Overall, I would definitely go back for the shrimp penne.

I was on my way back to Delaware on US70 and wanted to eat lunch. I had been watching the "food at next exit" signs and wanted something other than typical fast food. Saw a name "Tony Locos" on an exit sign and thought, "why not?"
So glad I took the chance!
Located in a shopping center that's under major construction - I was happy to see they were open on Sunday morning.
Tony Locos is a bar/restaurant that offers an eating area away from the bar. The menu is wonderfully anything but ordinary. Specials for every day of the week. So many different choices, each with a custom touch.
I ordered Lomo Saltado. It was a great dish with great flavor and obvious care taken to prepare it. The only negative was that I was so full after eating it, I couldn't go for the flan on the menu! Maybe next time I'm driving this way.
A great place to go order something new. I'm certain you'll enjoy it!
