I was truly impressed by these folks. The Sales Team were super excellent and helped with my insurance company. They attended the roof inspection with the Adjuster and provided additional details for the assessment to secure complete coverage.
The Installation Team did a remarkable job. The quality of their workmanship in my opinion is unsurpassed. These guys did the whole job of replacing the roof in one day in-between bad weather events. I was completely surprised that they had included replacing both of the powered fan vents with brand new ones within the cost of the insurance coverage. They also fixed the previous roofer's screw-ups of improperly installed flashing, guttering and other leak issues.

Great company. Great people. Very responsive.Tip! When looking for a way to distinguish between roofers the masters certification is very important. The masters certification extends the warranty that the manufacturer will provide.In addition if most of the employees and not just the owner of the company carry the masters certification, which results from most of the employees receiving the training that the manufacturer of the roofing feels important, then you know not only the contractor but the manufacturer is willing to stand by Landmarks work. Many companies assume you will not check the manufacturer website to see if they are telling you the truth about certification, but you should follow-up with the manufacturer to see if they are telling the truth. You may be shocked that you are being lied to. Landmark has the highest manufacturing certification and you can verify that on the manufacturer website. They are the real deal.

Had a great experience working with Landmark to complete a roofing and gutter job on my residence. They were easy to communicate with, competitive, and timely in completion of the job despite some challenging weather to contend with. All work was reviewed upon completion to make sure I was completely satisfied, and when I did have a small revision they promptly addressed it. I would highly recommend reaching out to them should you be in the market for a new roof or gutters. You'll be glad you did!

I would definitely recommend this company. They are very professional and know how to deal with the insurance. Monte and Chris made the experience enjoyable. They go beyond their scope of work and do everything in their power to make sure that the customer understand the process and they go the extra mile to ensure that everything is done smoothly. Our experience was very satisfactory, everything was delivered and installed in a timely manner for both houses. All the required paperwork was submitted on time to the insurance with no delay whatsoever. They followed up consistently and made sure that we were satisfied with the job.

Landmark Roofing did an amazing job on my roof and gutters. They are an incredibly professional and detailed organization that takes great pride in their craftsmanship. I did my homework and researched other roofing companies, none of them came close to Landmark in terms of quality, knowledge and overall price.
