I was contacted near immediately after submitting a request via the contact form on the website. Spyro addressed my initial concern and performed a hydro jet cleaning of our main line. It was cool to see live video with his high tech equipment. The process was explained before, during, and after and increased my confidence in the job being performed. It’s so hard to find a great service provider these days but Empire is one of em!

The owner Spyro has come to our house a couple of times and he has always been able to explain to us everything very well and got the job done. Spyro is always very helpful, honest and trustworthy. Would recommend him.

I had a pipe leak fixed which was located under the driveway. Spyri and crew were excellent to work with. He communicated effectively and throughout the project. The job was bigger than we expected, but they stayed and worked until it was completed. I would recommend Empire for any plumbing needs.
