Food was so so good. Crab cakes and the Maryland cream of crab were my favorites. The mussels were amazing in its sauce. Will go again if I have the opportunity again.

Went to Carson's Creekside last night, place was nice, we ate outside watching the turtles and ducks, ordered way too much food, took 3/4 of it home for the next two days... Got the Crabby fries to begin with ( fries with crabmeat and melted cheese with cream of crab to dip) very good! Daughter wasn't a fan of their Shrimp scampi it was "too lemony & garlicky and the sauce was too thick" ( my other daughter tried it & agreed) but the shrimp were cooked perfectly & were large, so she was happy. We only ate a few pieces of the (larger than expected) Seafood Pizza bc the fries filled us up ( crab and shrimp with a cream sauce) it was very good! I had the salad the next day and it was delicious loved the ranch mixed with old bay dressing! Our waitress Ava (per receipt) was very sweet! Not in our budget to go often but was a nice special occasion place (for us).

Crab cake, crab cake, crab cake! This is their signature dish and makes my detour from I-95 totally worth it. It’s obvious that there’s no world renowned chef in the kitchen. It does not look like the executive chef is trying to achieve culinary excellence. Which is totally fine by me. All food items I tried were beyond edible and the crab cake was one of the better ones I’ve tried in recent years. Coupled with courteous waitstaff, unparalleled charming waterfront setting, and reasonable pricing, I highly recommend this restaurant to whoever wants to try the best of Maryland’s local cuisine.

Went there tonight with a group of my friends. I have lived in this area for 26 years and it was my first time there. I think the person who was taking care of our tables, had little experience. Usually, when you go to a restaurant, they can bring out more than "2" items at a time using a TRAY. Luckily, we were planning on staying a while, because at that pace, it would take quite some time to get our drinks and food to that many people. Once we received the food, I ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer. It was so hard, I couldn't chew it. And it wasn't just Me. I shared them with a friend and she had a very difficult time too. I was glad to see that wasn't a sign of what's to come. I had the cream of crab soup and it was good. It should have been a little bit thicker, it did have a very thin base, the flavor was good and it had plenty of meat in it. Then I had a Ceaser salad. The dressing on the salad was very good. It compared well to some of the best I have had at other establishments. All in all, it was a good experience because I was there with my friends. I would Not however return just for the food and the service tonight, was definitely not up to par.

My wife and I went to Carson's Creekside Restaurant for lunch with two other couples. It's mid March, but it's sunny and warm. The name, Creekside, is appropriate as you can see from the pictures. I had cream of crab soup. It was creamy, mildly spicy with Old Bay seasoning, and delicious. Those of you who are from Maryland will know what Old Bay seasoning is. Those of you who have never tasted Old Bay seasoning, I feel sorry for your loss. There was plenty of crab meat. My wife had the cream of crab soup, crab cake and sweet potato fries. She enjoyed the soup and the fries, but the crab cake disappointed her. It had too much filler and not enough lump crab meat. This was particularly disappointing because one of our party was having Maryland crab cakes for the first time, and now he has a disappointing first impression of Maryland. I had the loaded potato skins. They were loaded with crab meat, melted cheese, and Old Bay. This was an appetizer, but there was enough food to make it a generous main course. Our server, was friendly and efficient. If you are in the neighborhood of Martin State Airport, Carson's Creekside Restaurant is close by and is a scenic place to eat.
